Meet The Doula

Kayla Hill

My story began at the interesting age of 14, as a babysitter to family members and close friends. I then transitioned to volunteering as an early childhood educator, and eventually initiated my educational endeavors in 2019. I began my studies in psychology and early childhood education, while simultaneously stepping into the world of nannying. I’ve always had a passion and love for children, but over time I realized that I wanted to do more than just nanny. I wanted to be hands on and give support through the entire process of the blossoming child — so, I became a DOULA. I trained under Doula Training International, better known as DTI, as a full spectrum doula. Said training included birth work, postpartum care , reproductive health support, IVF support and miscarriage and loss . During the times I’m not doing doula work my free time consist of going to church, hanging out with friends & family and often visiting with previous families i’ve worked with.
